Hello! Database: Kaori Iida

Up to late January of 2005, Kaori was the last remaining original member of Morning Musume, at which point she graduated. She was part of the original Ai no Tane challenge back when Morning Musume was being formed.

When Yuko Nakazawa left Morning Musume to further advance her career as a solo artist, Kaori was chosen to be the new leader of the group. These days she is the leader of the Otome Gumi half of Morning Musume.

Kaori has made a photobook as well as a collection of her artwork and writing. She has also released two CDs where she sings in languages other than Japanese.

It was January 30th, when Kaori left Morning Musume.
