Hello! Database: Morning Musume, 2nd Generation

Before releasing their second single another audition was held to increase the amount of people in the group. Three new members where chosen: Mari Yaguchi, Kei Yasuda and Sayaka Ichii.

Until April 14th, 2005, only Mari had remained of the 2nd generation and is thus was the most senior member in Morning Musume. At that point, however, she decided to resign from the group finally ending the legacy of the 2nd generation.
