This is an information database about Hello! Project, especially about Morning Musume.
| Country Musume | | Main Group | | The theme of this group was having "country girls from Hokkaido" as members. The route the group has taken has probably been the most difficult of all Hello! Project groups. Originally the group consisted of Rinne Toda, Azusa Kobayashi and Hiromi Yanagihara. After the group released their first single, problems started, as Hiromi was killed in a car accident and Azusa left the group for other reasons.
The group as a whole survived and starting from 2001 it was decided that the group needed to be made more popular. To that end Rika Ishikawa was borrowed to the group, and later she was replaced by Asami Konno and Miki Fujimoto.
